Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid programme fees confirmed in a written enrolment invoice from Dashboards Now Digital. Informational pricing on this website is not a charge and does not create a refundable transaction by itself.

Timeframe

For live cohorts (including Oversight Studio), a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the first scheduled session. Cancellations between thirteen (13) and five (5) days before the first session may receive a partial refund of fifty percent (50%) of fees paid. Cancellations within four (4) days of the start, or after the programme begins, are generally not refundable.

Self-paced products

Signal Pass and similar self-paced access may be refunded in full within seven (7) days of purchase if less than twenty percent (20%) of materials have been accessed, verified through our learning records.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full or partial refunds require a written request, proof of payment, and confirmation that shared templates have not been redistributed. We may offer a seat transfer to a later cohort instead of a cash refund when schedules allow.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, custom on-site travel already incurred for Board Suite deliveries, and completed private facilitation days are non-refundable. Downloadable one-off templates sold separately, if any, are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@dashboards-now.digital with the subject line “Refund request”, your invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank timelines may add several days beyond our processing window.

Cancellation by us

If Dashboards Now Digital cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

We may consider compassionate exceptions for documented medical or bereavement circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions are discretionary and do not set precedent.
